Trees and Shrubs:

No person owning or occupying any property within the township shall permit limbs, shrubbery, bushes, or any other type of plant growth to be less than fourteen (14) feet in height over any highway, street, alley, or cartway, or to be less than eight (8) feet in height over any sidewalk or footway or otherwise obstruct, impede or interfere with traffic or travel or use of such highways, streets, alleys, cartways, sidewalks, or footways. Property owners need to control weeds on their premises. If weeds exceed 12 inches in height, the owners are subject to penalties as outlined in the Township Ordinance.
